Thanks and Apology

First of all, thank you all for your encouraging comments.  I do eventually read them all, and I am so glad that the books are a blessing to so many.

Secondly, my apologies that the inappropriate comments stayed on the site for so long.  I have removed them, and I will attempt to monitor the site more often to keep these comments from posting.

Thanks for your patience!

Dahveed 6

First of all, thank you so much to all of you who have encouraged me and prayed for me and my family these last 8 years.  I have so appreciated it.

Now, with the coming of a new year, I am beginning on the project put on hold for so long.  Dahveed 6.  I have nearly 10 years of research to catch up on, and then comes the "deep dive" when I actually compose the manuscript.  "Good Lord willin' 'nd the creek don't rise," publishing date for Dahveed 6 is in 2023.  Please keep me in your prayers as I finish off the series.

My Dad

On July 28, 2021, Dad fell and broke his femur just below the hip ball joint.  Surgery the next day stabilized the joint, but within 18 hours of surgery, Dad suffered multiple pin-point strokes.  He rallied from that enough to come home for care, with the possibility of rehab in the future.  But within hours of returning home, Dad lost all the ground he had gained.  With the help of hospice, he stayed comfortable and relaxed until his death on August 8, 2021.  To all those of you who have kept myself and my family in your prayers all the years we cared for Dad, thank you so much!  Those prayers were greatly appreciated.

Merry Christmas!! Joseph is back as All My Glory

Finally, after years of waiting, I can at last announce that the Joseph story is again available for purchase.  I spent the last month re-formatting and re-editing the manuscript.

It is available as of today as an e-book from Kindle on Amazon.  The title has changed.  Look for All My Glory.  At this point, it is only available as an e-book.  I'll be working on a re-published hard copy next.

Most of the editing simply smooths out the narration of the book, but there are three places where I touch the story line, two of them briefly.  But one of them corrects a plot line "pot hole!"  Let me know if you think you've found them.

Thanks so much for your encouragement and support.

December

Thanks so much for the amazing response to my previous post!  It's been so long since I've put anything out, that I wondered if anyone would see it when I did.  I do appreciate your encouraging words and support.

Dad continues to decline, and we will probably bring in outside help after the holidays.  Thanks for your prayers.

As far as ordering books goes, the best place to look is on my website:  www.terrilfivash.com  Click on Ordering Information on the menu and that will take you to a page that lists all my books currently available for sale and where they can be purchased.

And for those of you looking for Joseph: A Story  -- Good news is coming!

July 2020

I see it's been three years since I posted anything on this blog!  My apologies for taking so long.  My father just celebrated his 95th birthday, but we are not certain if he will make 96.  Please keep us in your prayers.

A lot has happened, especially due to COVID 19.  The Berrien Springs Adventist Book Center has closed its doors for good.  For those of you wondering where to order my books, please contact the Indiana Adventist Book Center in Cicero, IN.  They are now the primary distributors for me.  I do not have an 800 number for them, but this one will connect you:  317-984-5393.  I also have an email address:  indianaabc@misda.org  and I assume it still works.  If anyone has trouble with it, please respond to this post, and I will work on getting a corrected one.  Feel free to pass the word to others about the shift in distributor.  And thank you so much for your prayers and patience as we all wait for Dahveed 6!

December 2017 Update

News is sifting back to me that Dahveed 2 is getting scarce.  I have the rights to it back, and I'm working on re-printing it as soon as I can.  Right now, I'm waiting on permission to use the same cover.  However, the newly published book may be the author's version, which has some extra material in it.  I'm still debating on what will be best to do.  Let me know your opinions!
