The Story is Done!!

At last!!  After twenty years, ALL of the Dahveed story is OUT OF MY HEAD!!

Now, the really fun part of the process for me begins.  I have a massive editing job ahead of me, but now that all the story is on paper, I can work out what needs to be cut, what needs modification, and what must remain.

I'm also considering bringing Book 6 out in two volumes, which will make it more manageable for publishing and for readers.  Please keep me in your prayers as I move on to this part of the process.

God Bless you all!

  1. So exciting! Two volumes sounds like a good idea to do the story justice. There’s a lot left to cover.

  2. So so exciting!!! Currently re reading the series in anticipation! I think two volumes would be very reasonable but either way I cannot wait!

  3. This is so exciting! I have been waiting a long time but I am glad you took the time you needed. I can't even count how many times I have reread the series. They have been a huge blessing to me.

  5. These books have been a blessing. It's been wonderful to seee Yah working behind the scenes. The way the characters intertwine would easily make two books complete. I have enjoyed the bits of history and archeology and culture that are woven into to the story also. I would get both books.

  6. These books have been such a blessing. I am currently re-reading the series in anticipation. I think two volumes would be reasonable, and seven is the number of perfection and completion, but either way I am looking forward to it! Thank you for your dedicated research, and all of your hard work!

*I do have a question from one of the previous books, specifically book three. In re-reading it, I just came to the part of the story where Jonathan makes the decision to take the throne from Saul. Would you be willing to give an explanation of how you came to write this from the Biblical account (or any historical evidence you may have found)? As a Bible scholar myself, and a lover of history and research, I appreciate the attention to detail that you provide in your books.*

  7. My Mom and I have enjoyed all of your books, Terri! We are excited about book #6 and #7! Is there a minimum # of orders to do a reprinting of Dahveed 3? I can't find it anywhere for under $150.
