Good News and Bad News

Well, the good news is, the story keeps getting better.  The bad news is, what with the bug that came for Christmas and tearing the story line apart for the 4th time, I have no idea when Dahveed 5 will be ready for publication!  All I can say is that I will get it out as soon as I can.  Thanks so much for your patience, encouragement, and prayers.

  1. Hi. My girls and I have so enjoyed this series. We keep checking your blog to find out how 5 is coming along. We are excited that it keeps getting "better". Fine tuning makes the motor run smoothly, er something like that. Thanks for your work and your ideas. May God bloom and blossom your mind (spring IS coming...) and Godspeed to 5. All will work out for the best in time. Don't be discouraged with the delays. We "fans" will be patient. : )

  2. Hi Terri! My husband and I have definitely relished your books. I was introduced to them a few years ago by a friend at church. Your books are so inspiring, and we can hardly wait for you to come up with more historical stories! You have such a keen way of putting the reader right in the middle of a scene. I can sense the personalities, almost see the faces. Your gift has so touched us that we've shared your volumes with others, and now they are purchasing your books so they can have their own copies to reread whenever they want. And of course, we've reread them aloud a number of times. Also, our children have been having struggles, so of course we've shared a volume or two with them for encouragement. We're on Book Two (again...) of Dahveed and are reading it aloud with our son while he goes through some difficult times. He's come to love your writing! Thank you so much for the heart healing your book's offer. Yes, God has put in your work properties that promote that kind of healing. Just one more note, an older friend recently died, having enjoyed the last chapters of Book Two (Dahveed) while he was still lucid. Then, his widow asked for Book Three shortly thereafter. That should tell you how much your books have touched people's lives. May God continue to bless your writing, keep you in health, and keep giving you more great ideas for future stories!

  3. Editing can be a horrifying process at times... Blessings and prayers as you work on this book. They have and this will touch many many lives and bring them closer to God and the Bible. I'm anxious to see how far plan to continue the story of David. I can't see how all the rest of his life will fit into one or two books but, I can hardly wait!
